PAYMENT
All transactions are secured by PayPal, the most trusted and secure way to shop on the internet.
DELIVERY
We endeavour to ship items within 7 working days of receiving payment. Where there is a delay, we will advise you as soon as is possible. For custom orders please allow up to 3 weeks turnaround time prior to shipment.
The shipping costs are as follows:
• UK – Royal Mail Special Delivery: £6.50
• Europe – Royal Mail Tracked: £12.00
• Rest of the World – Royal Mail Tracked: £14.00
No extra delivery charge on multiple items.
We ship all international orders using Royal Mail Tracked service. This service covers a large number of countries worldwide and is fast and secure.
We will send you an email confirming your tracking details once your order has been despatched to allow you to track your delivery.
Due to the current Covid-19 situation, delivery can take longer than would be expected in normal times but this is beyond our control.
Please note we cannot accept resposibility for any failure on the part of any delivery service used to deliver goods.
RETURNS POLICY
Any problem with an order should be outlined within 24 hours of receiving the goods.
Failure to inform Amanda Fatherazi of a problem within 24 hours of receiving the goods will mean the goods have been accepted and checked.
In interests of hygiene we do not accept returns of, or refunds on pierced earrings.
Returns are only accepted on unworn/unused goods and if the item is faulty/damaged relating to a production issue.
Items should be returned in their original packaging.
The original delivery cost will not be reimbursed, however there will be no charge for shipment of the item re-sent.
